Erin is a traditional naturopath, thermographer, and owner of Insight Wellness. A West Texas native, Erin’s made Oklahoma her home for over a decade. Outside of the office, you’ll find her working in her garden or spending time with her family, most assuredly with a cup of good coffee in hand.
Alisha Cary, CT
Alisha is a certified thermographer and manager of Insight Wellness’ written content. Though born and raised in Oklahoma, Alisha loves the mountains and hiking, fishing, and camping with her family. She also enjoys reading, writing, and tending to her garden (and goats and pigs). And coffee.
